Step 2: Create a Ticket
Open a support ticket in the Discord server
Step 3: Claim Your Rewards
Provide your details to redeem Milestone Rewards or Challenge Rewards
All Milestone Rewards and Challenge Rewards must be redeemed through Discord tickets
